Did I send you an Email?
It took me a long time to decide to send out emails announcing this site. I thought that it really smacked of "Spam", but I eventually decided that the potential usefullness of my site was more important than being labelled a spammer. The emails that I sent out were supposed to go to Adults and Adult leaders like Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Webmasters and the like. They were not supposed to go to youth members (yes, a couple of sites had email addresses of youth members). I may send out another email in six months or so, or if there's a major change to the site. Each email I send out is individually sent, and I have no plans on automating this process. If you'd like me to REMOVE your email address from my file, use the Remove-me form. If you'd like me to ADD your email address to my file, use the Add-me form.

If you just want to send me an email: Your best bet will be to send it to: retired.scouter@gmail.com I admit I've been lax in reading the emails lately but I'm trying. If you want to send me files and stuff: Send the files as an attachment. I like PDF files, DOC files and Excel files. Zip files also, but that's about all. I'm more than willing to store files on my server and I'm willing to let you link to the stored files. Sorry. I don't do FTP anymore. |
| This site is a personal site, and is no way whatsoever connected to any 'official' Scouting Organization. Opinions expressed here are solely those of the Retired Scouter. If you don't like the current opinion you can contact me for others, I have plenty. More importantly, I have the time to tell them to you. Information that is downloaded from this site may be used in your program or re-published without asking my permission, I probably glommed it off of somebody else anyways. If you're going re-publish somebody else's information that isn't from this site, you should ask for their permission first. Some links/files may not reflect the current scouting programming in your local area. Camp coffee is an art and very few of us know how to prepare it properly, and no, I won't share. |
